British citizens require passports to exit and enter the UK and all other countries in the world. It is your responsibility to carry the correct identification while traveling abroad
It is very important to check and apply for any visa and document requirements for the countries you are traveling to (and through). Since processing these documents can take some time, it is recommended you apply for these as soon as possible.
For British citizens, the majority of countries require a passport to be valid for at least three to six months after your trip finishes, therefore, it's often best to make sure your passport is valid for at least six months from your return date. However, many European countries do not enforce the six-month rule and may only require validity for the duration of your holiday.
Visit the HM Passport Office website and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office website for more details.
We strongly recommend that you and all members of your party are suitably insured as soon as you book your holiday. It is a condition of booking that you must have suitable travel insurance. It is important that you purchase travel insurance that suitably covers your participation in whatever activities you may undertake at the time that you make your booking.
If you need assistance at the airport, you'll need to let us know before you travel. Please call or email us to arrange this.
Any special requests that you make at the time of booking will be passed onto the hotel; however, we cannot guarantee that these will be fulfilled. The hotel will of course do their best to try and accommodate all special requests but this is subject to availability and the hotel's discretion.
Yes, details can be changed but there are limitations on the changes according to what has been booked originally. If changes are permitted, then there would be a cost depending on what has to be changed. We recommend you contact us, only after checking your reservation details, we can advise if amendments are possible and how much charge it will incur.
We will always inform you in case of any change in your reservation by the airlines. However sometimes if there is any last-minute schedule change by airlines, then in order to avoid any trouble at the airport we highly recommend you to reconfirm your flight 72 hours prior to departure with the airline directly or with us.
Unfortunately, not all the airlines will let you prebook your flight seat. Most of the airlines have started charging for seat selection. However, you can assign seats at the time of online check-in in which is only permitted 24 hours prior to departure without any cost with most of the scheduled airlines. If you want to enquire more about seating arrangements or any other specific need, this can be done by calling airlines directly with the reference number provided by us.
We recommend reviewing your all information carefully before booking your tickets because name change is not permitted. In most of the cases ticket has to be cancelled and a new ticket needs to be issued. In that case, airline cancellation charges and other penalties will apply. If there is a minor error, please call us immediately. We will need to contact the airline to request a name change, but we cannot guarantee that they will be able to make the change.
Most of the flight tickets are non-refundable, but in certain cases, cancellation is permitted with a charge levied by the airlines.
If you feel the holiday was not up to your standards then please write to us upon your return. You can either email sales@businessfare.co.uk or send a letter to
